iPod help! Please help! New problem 9/22
I just updated my iTunes to the newest version and now when I go to sync my ipod, it begins to sync and then says iTunes must close. So I tried restoring my iPod and all that did was delete the music and then shut down again. I cannot get it to stop shutting down.

Any suggestions would be great! At this point I will try anything

Okay, my only advice is to NEVER AUTOSYNC UR IPOD!!!!!! I did that once too and all my music (read, 10.000 songs) were gone !!!! I wouldn't know about the podcasts though... :( I only know that (auto)sync is BAD. :(

I got it back... I had to completely delete everything off my ipod and restore everything... took forever but I got it back

Oh, and can anyone tell me what Bonjour is? It downloaded with my iTunes update?

try to uninstall itunes and reinstall. it might be because the new itunes still has bugs. so try to go back to the old itunes.

A bug. I just deleted iTunes and reinstalled it and everything work like a charm.

And Bonjour (which means «Good morning» in french) is the name that they give to the software. I don't know why!

I tried reinstalling iTunes 8 and then it wouldnt play so I uninstalled everything and am trying 9 again like you said.

So is does Bonjour do?
