Welcome members to Spotlight Inc. This game is for people who enjoy the real music entertainment world, and wants a chance at fame themselves. We here at Spotlight Inc. welcome anyone and everyone, and that everything is about YOU.
How To Play
The game is very simple, so you should easily fall into place. You come on, register, and come here to check what models are available to play. Anyone can be a model, as long as he/she/they are not already taken. You sign up using the sheet below.
After you've established your model choice, you go make an introduction thread in the "Promotion" section. This is so other members can get to know who your artist is. After this, you begin to plan your single. Writing the song yourself is optional, or you can ask for help from other members. You can also release cover singles. Either way, you must sign the single into the release schedule once you've made your decision. Once you think you've got everything is set, you must go out and promote to get support. It's the best way to gain fans.
As for albums, they are optional. You can either write an entire album yourself, or mix together with your lyrics and covers, other songs written for you. Promotion for an album is similar to a single.
Promotion can be anything from music news, appearances, your act's life, and of course official promotions such as CD covers, etc. The more promotion that is done, the better chance at a successful run on the charts.
