Which is the last book you bought?
haha another thread!:)
Breaking Dawn (it's been a while, though)
This was bought like 3 weeks ago, it wasn't his best!
This one the last week:)
Loving the twilight series!
I hate twilight, honestly i do not understand all of the hype surrounding it. I read all four, but they were lacklustre and mediocre.
Did anyone see that they are now releasing limited edition Twilight Saga books with red sides? Talk about milking it for all its worth. Well she should, because its not like anything else she writes is going to get such acclaim. Its just like JK Rowling, i doubt anything she ever does will gain so much attention as Harry Potter, because its now used as a benchmark. But then again, Stephenie Meyer set a very low benchmark! hahahahahahahahahahaha
^I dont get it either. I only liked the first book, everything after that was pure torture to read, I struggled so hard to finish the 2nd and 3rd books that I didnt even bother with the last book. And dont get me started on the movie! Those 2 stale pieces of toast that play the main characters should consider a new profession.
I mean, this are tastes 'cause someone could like them or not.At first i didn't like this whole passion for the books but after i read the first book i can say that i truly like them.
Anyway today i bought the third!:P

just pre-orderd Kathy Griffin's new book! Cannot wait to read it! before that bought my sister's keeper

maybe croutons?
did anyone hear what evanna lynch (who plays Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter movies) said about the series?
"Get over it," she advises Kristen Stewart who plays Bella in the “Twilight” films. "She's always talking about how beautiful Edward is. Get over it."
ha ha. That is true, almost 3/4 of teh book is just bella saying "oh, his brow is so defined like a greek god, his chin was nice and his nose was free from boogers.
Debbie MaComber's 92 Pacific Boulevard which is the 9th book in her Cedar Cove series. It just came out this Tuesday.
BTW, Cheapest place to buy new release books is Costco or Sam's Club.
Last book I bought: NEXT by Michael Crichton
A great fictional book about stuff thats happening in science these days. What I love most about his works is that while they are fictional, with all the research he puts into his books, he make it borderline non-fiction. Especially NEXT, which has real articles about some crazy scientific shit strewn throughout the novel. I highly recommend it.
Although it might make you think twice about going to the hospital, pharmacy, or doctor after you read it.......lol
