I don't think many people read this feedback section anymore, but I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that the New Songs section lately seems to be really clogged with various remixes, promo CDs, etc. that should maybe be in the Other Songs section? It just seems like a lot of these are re-posts, and every time I go to the New Songs section the entire front page is full of new posts, but it's a bunch of remixes and not actually any new songs. Not really sure if anything could be done about this, I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed this!

But I do love this forum and I appreciate everyone who takes the time to post all that they do!

Yeah, I've noticed that as well.

I agree, I too, appreciate everyone's effort in posting things. It's just the board becomes more unorganized when people aren't posting in the right section. I mean, we've probably all done it at one point in time.
But it does say "remixes" right in the description of the "others" section. So I don't know what more they could do...hmmm...

if people are putting things in the wrong section, why arent moderators moving these threads? do we even have moderators?

btw, ill admit i do this. i have put several remixes in the others section and it didnt get as many views as a remix i would post int he new songs section.

perhaps we need a 'Remix' Section.

I agree, a remixes section would be best, but I'm afraid people will continue to post remixes on the new songs section...

   

I think new remixes "COULD" go in the "New Songs" forum... but the old ones should go for the moment in the "Other Songs" forum... It's the best option!!
